How do I view pricing for your pets?
All available animals are listed in our Pets for Sale section with full pricing displayed upfront. No hidden quotes or surprise fees once you find a pet you like, simply click “Inquire” to begin.
What is included with each pet?
Each listing includes a detailed profile: species, age, sex, health status, temperament, and care level. Depending on the animal, we often include starter kits (habitat setup, feeding guide) or other support see each listing for specifics.
How healthy are your animals?
All pets at Exoti Kingdom are carefully raised or ethically sourced under controlled, clean conditions. Every animal is vetted by a qualified veterinarian prior to sale, and we provide health documentation when applicable. Your pet will arrive ready for their new home.
What is your payment / deposit policy?
When you submit an inquiry and decide to proceed, a deposit reserves the animal. Full payment is required prior to shipping or pick-up. For customers interested in financing, visit our Financing Options page for details on flexible payment plans.
Do you ship or deliver?
Yes we provide both local pick-up and safe climate‐controlled shipping options (where legal). Shipping costs vary by destination and animal size. We’ll work closely with you to ensure a smooth, compliant delivery process.
Can I reserve an animal and then decide later?
Yes, once you submit an inquiry and pay a deposit, the animal is reserved. However, reservation terms (deposit non-refundability, timeframe to complete payment) will be specified in your agreement. Be sure to review those terms carefully.
What kind of after-sale support do you offer?
We don’t just sell animals we support owners. After purchase you’ll receive care instructions, feeding schedules, habitat guidance and access to our team for questions. We aim to help your pet thrive in its new home.
Are exotic pets legal in my location?
Laws vary widely by country, state, and region. Prior to purchase you must verify local legal requirements, permits, or licensing needed to own the species you’ve selected. Exoti Kingdom is not responsible for fines or violations if local rules are not followed.
What happens if my pet is arriving by shipping and there is a health issue?
We take every reasonable step to ensure your new pet leaves in excellent health. If there are any concerns upon arrival, you should document them immediately and contact us. Terms and conditions regarding return, replacement or refund will depend on the listing and the agreement you signed. Please review our full policy before purchase.
How can I apply for financing?
Great question. Head to our Financing Options page, where you can choose from flexible payment plans designed to fit your budget. Many plans require a small deposit and approved credit. After approval, you’re eligible to reserve the pet and arrange pick-up or shipping once payments are in place.
Can first-time exotic pet owners purchase from you?
Absolutely but we recommend selecting species listed as “beginner-friendly” in our Pets for Sale section. If you’re new, we also advise chatting with one of our specialists so you understand care needs, housing, feeding, and long-term commitment.
What is your refund or return policy?
Because exotic animals are live companions and require individualized care, our policy is specific to each listing. Deposits are typically non-refundable once the animal is reserved. Please refer to the listing and purchase agreement for the exact terms, or contact us with questions.
